TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We require proof of COVID vaccination or a recent COVID test from all clients and ensure that our staff are compliant with the most recent health orders.

 

Courses & Trips on Offer

  1. For courses and trips posted online, choose your dates and send in your request.

  2. Once we have reviewed the request, we will contact you for a deposit.

  3. To reserve your spot or trip, we require a non-refundable payment of $300 per person.

  4. Final payment is due two weeks before your course or trip date. Payment is available through the website or by e-transfer.

 

Custom Trips

  1. Please contact us to discuss available dates, group size and pricing.

  2. Booking a custom trip requires a 50% deposit. This includes a non-refundable booking fee of $100 per person.

  3. Full payment is due 30 days prior to the trip.

  4. Booking less than 30 days before the start date requires a 100% payment at the time of booking. Payment is available through the website or by e-transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Courses & Trips on Offer

Alpine Specialists Ltd. does not provide refunds for last minute cancellations due to injury, illness, health-related issues, personal or family issues, travel complications or restrictions, inability to enter the country, border closures etc.

 

The best way to ensure an individual refund is to fill your spot and have that person contact us to register and confirm. If you cannot do that and we are unable to rebook the space at full price, any refunds from Alpine Specialists Ltd will be less the $300 non-refundable payment.

 

We do not cancel courses due to weather. On trips, if conditions are warranted, alternate plans may be suggested.

 

All cancellations must be made in writing. We appreciate your understanding

 

Custom Trips

Alpine Specialists Ltd. does not provide refunds for last minute cancellations due to injury, illness, health-related issues, personal or family issues, travel complications or restrictions, inability to enter the country, border closures etc.

 

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to start date will be refunded all monies less the $100 booking fee per person and any incurred expenses. If the group cancels less than 30 days before the trip, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Individuals are encouraged to fill their own spots (see above) to avoid this happening.

 

We do not cancel trips due to weather. Alternate plans may be suggested. Should we cancel at any time for reasons other than unsafe conditions, a full refund will be issued.

Talk to us. We are reasonable people used to being in the mountains. In most cases, we can work something out.
